| The background of the paper is enterprise information construction of CXIC Group Containers Company Limited, the basic principle and the step of design and realization of DSS and Customer Service System are detailedly studied in the paper.After the definition and production and development and research fields and current application condition of DSS are studied in the paper, key technology of system foundation is put forward, the decision management of warehouse's storage is studied, in addition, some algorithms which are used to carry through decision management of warehouse's storage are put forward. The realization of the system makes the decision level of enterprise' leaders higher and promotes the development of enterprise.The realization of Customer Service System is also studied. After the requirements of system are studied in this paper, detailed design is carried out, the paper expatiated how to design the database, at last, the plan of design is brought out. |
