Fieldbus For The Underlying Corporate Monitoring And Control Network Systems

In the paper, the research of the industrial measurement and control network system has been introduced. This system was developed for data acquisition, data processing, monitor in many fields such as automation and intelligent building. At the first place, the paper introduced the reason to select field bus, the feature and the application of field bus. On the basis of the introduction to field bus network system, the reference architecture, feature and process of CAN field bus were described. At the second place, the architecture and design of the industrial measurement and control network system were presented. Meanwhile, the features of the hardware, the design of the database system and the software's functions were also described in detail. The main problem in the project is how to develop CAN bus PC card driven in the field measurement and control software. The fifth chapter of the paper has discussed the solution to this problem in detail. The application of the industrial measurement and control network system indicate that the field bus is suitable for complex and large measurement and control system.
