With the development of network technology and when using the network in the field of industrial control, on the one hand, the administrator can know everything hi the remote place through network and will make the seamless integration of Office Automation(OA) and Industrial Automation(IA) possible, on the other hand, we can achieve the aim of remote monitor and control. There are five parts hi this paper.Chapter 1 introduces the characteristics and requirement of Industrial automation network.Chapter 2 discusses the characteristics of Ethernet, then introduces a kind of priority control method into Ethernet that makes its feasibility in Industrial automation network. At last we conclude that issues that prevent Ethernet from being used hi real time control environments have now been resolved. Its presence at the control level will facilitate the information integration from sensor level to management level.Chapter 3 briefly talks about the components of the LonWorks system and mainly introduces the(CIPS. Then we discuss some strongpoints of LonWorks bus and expound ability and communication of CIPS based on LonWorks hi every level. The aim is to give the reality of the Industrial automation network some thoughts.Chapter 4 I am dependent on the engineering of practice, and analyse the general situation of group control system for vulcanising rubber. Equivalent cure control is employed for this system, men, according to the conclusion of discussing , determine to select Ethernet structure for the upper level hi this system and select Genius bus as fieldbus for communication hi the lower level, hi addition, introduce network operation system, program design language and network management software etc..Some conclusions are derived at the end of the whole thesis , then a new kind of distributed control system that built on Ethernet and different kinds of fieldbuses is presented and is also the network choice for Industrial automation network.
