Recently, it is greatly booming in infOrmation technology How totransmit digital image timely and precisely is an important problems. Image,which was obtained and transmitted by the remote sensing of atificialsatellite and aeroplane, will be disturbed and be different with the realityimage. In order to remove deblur and imProve the image quality, the workof restoration image is needed.Meantime, the restoration image, which space is enormous, should becompression fOr storage and transmit. This paper has researched the imagerestoration and image comPression, and proposes a fast algorithIn in thosesides.TO solye the questions of image reStoration is equa1 tQ solve theequations of toeplitz matrix using least square method. Preconditionedconjugate gradient methods can be imPlemented using less storage directmethods, and are often less sensitive to ill-conditioning. It is important tochoose the preconditioner which infiuences the convergence. This paperbrings fOrward a new prconditioner fOr the system which the poiflt spreadfunction is separate and even.It is decade recently that fractal theory is used fOr image compression.In the present methods of fractal image compression, these are based on thetheory of partition, and have the default of large calculate and time-spend,Which cause the theory difficult to be applied in practice. In order to morepractice, this paper fOrth forward a new method fOr image compression,which is based on Fractal Brownian Motion(FBM).
