With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the computer technique has been applied to many of aviation fields. More and more airborne have already been computerized. ATE (Automatic Testing Equipment) is an eff&tive way for the failure diagnosis of the increasingly complicated devices today. As an important part of the whole ATE8000- 1 automatic testing system research project this paper a focused on the research of the design and implementation of assemble and disassemble system for the LS-54 V microprocessor..First, this paper briefly presented the construction of the software and hardware system of the ATE8000- 1 integrated test stand, and the monitoring circuit designs of alternating current power supply used voltage for this test stand. Then, two instruction classification rules were given based on serious analysis and research of the structure, instructions and addressing modes of LS-54 V microprocessor. After then the assemble system software was developed by using of the instruction classification rule and two-pass scan technology, and give its programing with Visual Basic was implemented. Meanwhile the disassemble system design was achieved by use of the instruction classification rule based on the operating code format and code by code scan technology, and its programing implementation on with C++ Builder was made.Finally, an algorithm testing experiment was carried out in the laboratory, and the result shows that the system has good reliability, simplicity in to use and comfortable man-machine conversation interfaces.
