Based On A Common Framework Of The Research And Application Of Integrated Capp System

The integrated system of computer aided design, process planning, NC programming and manufacture imitation is of great importance for enhancing the automation of process planning and NC programming. In addition, the system can solve the key problems in the mass production of aircraft with the manufacture period and cost greatly reduced so as to achieve great economic profits. The thesis deals with some key techniques in applying CIPP (Comprehensive Intelligent Process Planning) system in view of the manufacture features of aircraft structure components . The thesis is mainly summarized as follows: 1. Process information model is established with application of object-oriented method. 2. With reference to CIPP theory and manufacture features of aircraft structure components, the multi-sub-task process decision making expert system based on blackboard control is set up. 3. The model of process file version management based on CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system is constructed. Most of those techniques mentioned above have been applied in factory and will be developed greatly with practice.
