The paper design a broadband doubler from 20GHz to 40GHz. The doubler outputed even harmonic and effectively rejected odd harmonic by a singly balanced input balun, which transfered the input signal to two-way signals with equal amplitude and antiphase then applied to the pair diode. The paper especially researched the principle of anti-weries diode pair, and used the Momentum Method and Harmonics Balance Method to analyze.optimize the circuit , then realized the doubler by the hybrid integrated circuit. The doubler effectively extented the signal sources from microwave band to millimeter-wave band .The measurement result of conversion loss is l)?.OdB. |
