This article puts forward with a kind of new scheme on the LED display screen controlled by microcomputer. From input of information of epigyny machine to output of ultimate screen display, the various design schemes and software flow charts are studies in detail. Further more, relative measures are taken according to concrete technology difficulty of LED display system.Based on the Total Distributing Control Theory and classified step by step in uniform and harmonious style, the whole design finally achieves optimization through function distribution and danger distribution. In order to improve transmission speed of display data, Dual桺ort SRAM is used and double CPU is able to share with data unit. As a result, a great deal of data realizes exchange in high speed. The system can complete modularization of parallel processing and LED display unit by use of multisinglechip technology and embedded structure. RS?85 communication standard advances batch data in transmitting fast and exactly.The Windows interface is shown in software. Object Oriented Programming Technology is adopted in serial communication control, providing friendly user interface, fresh menu window and strong control function.Finally, reliability assessment is conducted by means of enumerative method of parts. Factors that have effect on product system are analyzed roughly and the relative measure is provided.
