Shoubushijuan, it is used to describe those people that they always hold books in their hands since ancient times.Reading has always been an important way to access to information and self-improvement for people. But now, under the impact of new media, information resources in a variety of ways began to flock to the audience, mainly for the mobile phone. In the times, people is surrounded information. "Shoubushijuan" become "without book in hand".Reading is not a only way to broaden the horizons and knowledge increasing. In addition, the development of network to make e-books and reading by network flourished. About reading, more and more people prefer to choose the more convenient and fast ways, even completely abandoned the habits of paper-book reading. There is no interested of people about paper-book.That’s giving the increasing pressure to the traditional publishing industry. They development get into the trouble gradually.Now, on the one hand, publishing industry explore digital publishing positively, on the other hand, in order to increase the booksalcs, they begin to devote themselves to the book marketing.One of the most important way is investment of advertising. Advertising as one kind of marketing tool in order to establish a good brand image and make the goods occupy a favorable position in the competition. Books belt is the most common kind of AD about book and they used widely. In this paper, books belt as the research object, trying to make use of objective indicators to analysis the psychological effects of the audience, social effects and communication effect, the correlation and influence between them, while hoping to improve the insufficient of the academic status about the communication effect of book belt and communication model firstly, books belt communicate effect mainly analyzed from its the contact of the audience and the books belt of the text; the psychological effect of the audience was from the audience awareness, understand, attractiveness, convinced and behavior;several indicators were analyzed to the social effects:cultural values, ethics, laws and regulations and other indicators of authenticity. Secondly, get the conclusion about whether the book belt should exist, what form about it, what about the value, how it acts on the buying activities of the books readers.Analysis the problems of books belt currently and its causes. And from the actual situation, put forward some feasible suggestions for the creation and development of books belt. Ease the contradiction widespread useful of book belt and lower of social evaluation, Prompted it to get on the path of development sustainability.
