The phenomenon of unbalance is becoming increasingly violent. What’s more, the entertainment news is often related to the privacy of public characters, in addition to covert photography taken by paparazzi and others entertainment reporter, the conflict among the right of news report, the right of privacy and the "right to know" for the public could not possibly avoid. Fake news, paid news and pulp news are now facing directly the ethic of news report.Starting with the most ethical dispute report, as covert photography, crime news or sex-related news, this article aims to discuss in condition of the lack of related laws, surveillance and reporter’s professional quality, the basic rules which should be observed by entertainment news reporters in their routine work.Several topics of discussion will be concerned in this article:(1) For those sex, crime and privacy related entertainment news, what is the bottom line of reporters.
