Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Residents' Health Archives

To construction the residents’ health records information management system of Dongguan tangxia Tian Xin community which is researching by this paper is the inevitable trend to reform the community’s health service system, and the only way which could help the development the of community’s health service. The development of service need to build the high quality information management system which can deal with the residents’ set file, the health records, the management of health, the service plan of health education and data statistical analysis and so on.The paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the residents’ health records information management system. In the article, it clearly analyses the application status of the research and project at present and introduces the main content and work of this thesis. The core parts of this paper mainly state the demand analysis of system, the function analysis and the data analysis by using the principle and the method of software engineering. In the process of the business analysis, the paper explains the existing problems in the old system, the organization and the original business and so on in detail. At the same time, the paper gives the new business processes after transforming and optimization. In the process of the functional analysis, the paper describes clearly the functions of the information management system through introducing the use case analysis and the use case description. In order to introduce the general function and the sub function, the papar gives many package diagrams. For example, the package diagram of the residents’ family health file creation, the package diagram of the family-file management, the package diagram of the health-file management and the package diagram of the focus groups’ file management and so on. In the process of the data-base analysis, the paper deals with the data on each system function and draws up the system thumbnail and the entity class diagram. Of course, the database table structure is established in this article. At last, the thesis summarizes the research and the work, and also discusses the work which need to do in the further.The residents’ health records information management system studied by this paper can realize centralized management and reduce errors in the work using information resources and computer management; In addition, with the wide application of the system, we could reduce the intensity of labor in the file-management working and improve working efficiency. We also could guarantee the quality of work; By using the computer to management files, it is so easy to find residents’ records.
