Research And Analysis On Drawing File Management System Of Guiyang Water Conservancy Survey And Design Institute

Realizing the informationalized, systematic and specialized drawing archive management system plays a great role in promoting the engineering design and construction, which can optimize the management of enterprises, and enhance the core competitiveness of the design institutes. In this thesis, firstly describes the background of researching on drawing archive management system and the research and applying status of similar systems. The practical value and theoretical significance of research on drawing archive management system is also discussed in this section. Secondly analyzes the business processes of drawing archive management system, and redesigns the core processes such as archiving management, borrowing management, printing management, reusing management and querying management. And in the section of functional analysis, analyzes the role of this system and the data flows. Describes the processing terms and storage terms in the data flows of all function modules, and studied the system function structure of the drawing management system. After that, uses the E-R method to analyze the entity relationship in the system, and based on that design the database table in detail. Finally, the thesis summarizes the mainly work and discusses the prospect of future work.
