In recent years, with the increasing pressure on employment of college graduates,research is gradually becoming an important means of increasing the career college students chips. However, At present, many schools are still using the traditional, relying on research manpower management, this work resulted in a very low efficiency. To solve this problem, In this paper, Guangdong University of Science and Technology vocational qualification examination system as a template.aims to develop an advanced research management system. This study can not only solve the problem of research management confusion long standing Guangdong University of Science and Technology can alsopromote open. provide services to other schools of the same type. And can provide a reference for the development and study of the same type of system at home and abroadIn this text, First, we introduced the research background of Guangdong university of science and engineering’s vocational qualification examination system. Then, We summary all the problems which we need to solve. Discusses the research significance and importance of the project. This paper expounds the main content of the project research and related technical method; This paper puts forward that the design goal of the system, Demand analysis of the system in detail, includ business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis and data requirements analysis. We drawed the business process diagrams, data flow diagram and functional data analysis of the system. Then we describe the data dictionary. In system design, we had done the overall design and module design. We planted the overall function structure and the specific module’s function structures. We have done the detailed design by E-R and database table; In the end, we conclusion the research content and my main business. We points out the deficiency and prospect the further work. The system we analysised in the paper has some modulars, such as basic data management, research project management, research of information release, registration management, payment management, examination management, performance management, System management and so on.
