Since the birth of the robot has been given a mysterious atmosphere, most robots movies andcartoons are mainly depicts the magic power of the robot, in modern scientific research in mobile intelligent robot as the research object and use also became a machine important research field,its research direction more numerous, the actual application is more extensive, including remote control robot path planning algorithm and the robot is a focus and difficulty in the research of mobile robot in the field.In this paper, study and research is mainly based on the pioneer3robot mobile platform to launch, a part of the thesis is the study of the robot and research, being familiar with the use and performance of the experimental platform, some of the basic theory of learning and research, androbot path planning BUG theory, put forward a system of improved algorithm according to the principle of socket communication has developed a remote control of mobile robot.The path planning problem of mobile robot is an important topic in robotics research, this paperanalyzed the present situation of research on mobile robot path planning problem at home and abroad, summarizes the current various methods to solve the problem of path planning of robot.And with the mature BUG theory as the basis, based on function of pioneer3robot unique to theimproved algorithm is proposed based on the parallel line, and improved and the simulationexperiment was carried out based on the existing algorithm, through the comparison of the experimental data we can clearly see the feasibility of the improved algorithm and the original algorithm in complex condition improvement effect of.In addition, the remote control of mobile robot is a hot research focus, this paper also in Pioneer3robot platform, according to the principle of design of robot reserved communication interface andsocket communication and the development of a mobile robot in the LAN of the program, through the actual operation to verify the software can effectively let robot and remote control terminal andcommunication, remote control in the end some simple mobile control of robot, and let the robotdo some demonstration of the action, and can be used for robot for remote control function.
