Withthe development of the education investment, school teaching equipment update speed and scale accelerating, in order to better adapt to the teaching management of school and keep pace with the time, the design of teaching equipment management system based on information technology has a very important social significance and practical value.In this paper, the system is based on the Lawrence County Junior High School teaching equipment business processes detailed research, combined with the theory of software engineering, in order to solve the problem such as complex artificial, low efficiency.the system include information management, procurement management, storage management, loan management and other related modules.At the beginning, the article introduces the project background, similar systems research and application status of the teaching equipment management system in the Zunyi County Duck Creek town junior middle school.then itoutlines the significance and importance of the project, points out the research content and major work of this paper,and describes the main structure of the thesis;In the Needs analysis of the system, the business requirements of the teaching equipment management are described by the business flow chart. According to. these, the article analyzes the information management, warehousing, procurement, maintenance and other aspects of the functional requirements.Data requirements mainlyanalyzethe input data, output data and processing of module. Based on the point of software design. At the same time, the article introduces some non-functional requirements, including maintainability, operability, scalability.The detail design of system mainly analyzes the details of each module.The first is to design the overall of system, and thesecond is todivide functional modules. Input processing output diagrams are used to reflect the specific module design. And the paper gives the design of database. While reasonable database design could improve system performance, data redundancy will be avoided to the greatest extent.At the last of the paper, the article summarizes the whole research content, analyzesthe, Imperfect part, for these part, the next step is to propose improvement plans of the further work.
