Along with the development of computer-based information technology, information construction is being increasingly highlighted in the strategies of many schools on teaching and education. Regarding Dali Health School, information construction has become its key project. Besides its campus website, this School also has an Educational Management System. However, in view of question banks and test papers as the important components of teaching, rational information management over the question banks and test papers is exactly an important approach for the School to enhance its quality of teaching. Based on the School’s status quo in teaching, its Question Banks Management System is hereby studiedand analyzed so as to achieve systematic, scientific and efficient management, integration and application of all test papers, question banks held by each teacher and to make appropriate supervision and assessment over the teaching quality of each teacher.Through research and analysis of examination management system, make the school daily teaching management to form a fixed systematic process, in order to improve the quality of school and teachers’work efficiency, promote the informatization construction of schools, driving school teacher learning the enthusiasm of the information technology, improve the teacher’s information literacy.In view of the study of domestic and foreign research and application status, complete the demand analysis of Dali health school examination management system.A business analysis in this paper, on the problems existing in the system, organization, the original business process is analyzed, and gives a modified business process;In functional analysis, the paper through the uses case analysis and the use case description, clear the system function, gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the child package diagram, including Curriculum Management, Knowledge Point Management, Question Bank Management, Test Paper Management, Paper Composition Management, Volume Management,Personnel Management, and role authorization management, a total of eightchildpackage diagram;In data analysis, the paper by the function of examination management system to deal with the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagrams are given, and the establishment of a database table structure.In the end, this paper makes a summary for the research, including the author’s main task and the shortages in the thesis, and gives an outlook to some further work.
