Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Members Of Science And Engineering In Jiangxi Normal University Of Science And Technology

There are many Communist Youth League members in Institute of technology of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University. However, the unenlightened management of information, the low level of information technology and a lot of workload which result in some corresponding management issues, such as inadequate management, low efficiency, and paper documents easily damaged. So the research and analysis of the management system of League members are required.This paper introduces the background of the information management system of League members and the current studies and analysis of information management of League members of Institute of technology of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University. Firstly, this thesis clarifies the content of the study and the relevant analysis of the original business processes, including the management processes of application, enrollment, transfer, league membership, and league fee. Secondly, according to the problems of the traditional management mode, this paper conducts business processes re-engineering based on the corresponding original business process. Then on the basis of the functions analysis of the management system, this paper has preliminary function analysis of the study of league members management systems through the cases analysis and its corresponding case description which including the management processes of application, enrollment, transfer, league membership, and league fee. Moreover, this paper has provide some related overall function and sub-function package diagrams of the member management system. The sub-function package diagrams involved the diagrams of the management of application, enrollment, transfer, league membership, and league fee and the corresponding thumbnail. Finally, in the data analysis of league member management system, this paper has analysis the main function data of member management system which need to be processed. Also the paper detailed list its corresponding entity relationship diagram and offers the relevant database tables.Though the study and analysis the League members information management system of Institute of technology of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, and summarize work requirement combined with practical, this study improve efficiency for future management work and break through the limitations of traditional management, which laid the foundation for the digital campus of Institute of technology of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University.
