In recent years,with the popularizationand development of educational informationalization and the size of SanmingUniversity campus network enlarging, the user information points are increased and the network failures frequently happened.The amount of the teachers and students cannot solve the network problemsby themselves because of their non-computer professional.Because of the limited campus network maintenance investment, no matter the staffs or the maintenance software system supporting facilities are not complete, the traditionalpaper-based way of Maintenance Management has been unable to meet the current demand.In order to make better serve for teachers and students, on the one hand, increase the investment in hardware and replace the old equipment toreform the network infrastructure, thereby reducing the occurrence of failure; On the other hand, the reasonable Maintenance Management System Based for Campus Network Failuresis needed to be applied to managescientifically.In this thesis, combined with the daily work, the analysis and design of Maintenance Management System for Sanming University Campus Network Failure has been realized by adopting the method of Browser/Server structure and software engineering, including the detailed analysis of the System in business demand, function demand, data requirements and non-functional requirements;and the System of corresponding flow charts of the business, data flow, functional data analysis IPO diagram has been given; For the system design, the overall design and module design are conducted in the system,and the general function structure diagramof the system is given,including the function modules of repair management, maintenance management, evaluation management, basic information management, system management and etc. The module design of the specific function structure diagram, IPO table, and processing flow diagram are provided.Then the thesis elaborates on design content of the system and design the database by using the E-R diagram and the database table structure.The implementation of the system, w hich provides a promotion to the scientification,standardization and informationalization of the Maintenance Management Systemfor Sanming University Campus Network Failure, greatly improve the work efficiency.
