Research On Personalized Push System Of Digital Resources In Mobile Environment

In recent years, with the increasing of information in Internet, it is hard for usersto find the information that they are interested. Especially for researchers, they oftentake a long time to find the information that they want. It becomes a complex researchthat how to help these scholars finding the needed information in the short time.Using the characteristic database can effectively narrow the scope of scholars’searching. But the amount of data in this database is still huge. We need to furtherscreen the data. In this condition, traditional information searching method has beennot enough to meet the needs of users, personalized push-based method, a way whichcan push characteristic digital resources for scholars, is an effective solution. In theterm of system experience, unlike the other ordinary users, scholars have highersystem requirements. With the popularity of mobile devices, these users are no longersatisfied with the traditional personalized push-based terminal. Using a mobileterminal not only can make scholars to get push-based resource information, but alsocan make scholars full use of fragmented time that is in order to improve researchefficiency. According, this paper uses the mobile platform and personalizedpush-based method to help scholars getting their information which they areinterested in a short time.Tags what is an accurate and flexible classification method can effectivelyreflect the scholars’ interesting and the feature of characteristics digital resources. Tagis a bridge between scholars and characteristics digital resources, through thePageRank algorithm’s ideas; this can be converted to the User-Tag-CharacteristicsDigital Resources in such a ternary relation. This algorithm is consisted of three parts.Firstly calculate the cosine similarity with the current user and other uses, it used toexclude users and characteristics digital resources which have low similarity. Thenuse the improved PageRank algorithm to sort the rest characteristics digital resources.Finally, push top five characteristics digital resources to users.With this personalized push approach and the personalized push request for themobile environment. Firstly, this paper designs the system’s function and businessprocesses through the UML diagram and system structure design, then according tothese features, I design the table structure. At last, preliminary build and implementthe personalized push-based methods that is based on this algorithm, and give theevaluation test. In the future, in order to improve the push efficiency, this system canbe done two things: add the related function that can help the personalized push; build the quick index that is related to user, tag and characteristics digital resources. I hopethis article can provide some research ideas to help the relevant scholars to find thecharacteristics digital resources that they need quickly.
