With the rapid development of information technology, the microblog as a new media medium appear to attract a large number of real high-quality user. Microblog is a popular platform mainly base on users’relationship information sharing, dissemination and access, and has the advantages of fast information dissemination and spreading rapidly. However, since the time-varying characteristic, each user has to face a lot of strangers, who have never contacted with user before. So, how to choose a friend, like "who we want to read" in urgent need to be solved. In addition, even if it has been filtered, our friends will continue to publish information which we may not be interested in according to their own interests. Therefore, current microblog systems are all lack of good information filtering, classification mechanism, that is,"what we want to read" problem.To solve these problems, here comes up with a smart microblog system based on the Android platform---Shall Wei. In the present system proposes a recommendation mechanism based on the friend priority adaptive tuning and a sieving microblog mechanism based on natural language processing. Solve these problems "who we want to read" and "what we want to read".Recommendation mechanism based on the friend priority adaptive tuning has a core idea, which is to use the user’s friends who have different priorities. Based on this core idea, firstly extract the user characteristic similarity calculation, to obtain a first-phase-to-be-recommended friends’collection, and then according to the priority level of the friend relationship with the user himself, and those friends, through a series of calculations to obtain a more accurate second-phase-to-be-recommended friends’collection. Then recommend this to the user.Sieving microblog mechanism based on natural language processing also has a core idea, which is segmentation technique in natural language processing technology, such as microblog content segmentation, key phrases matching process. We use keyword group in order to improve the matching accuracy synonym expansion, expanding the scope of the search filters, and the similarity threshold to control this process.Then this paper present Shall Wei system design and implementation based on elaborate recommendation mechanism based on the friend priority adaptive tuning algorithm and the mechanism of natural language processing which is used to sieving microblog, and given to achieve results and analysis.Finally, this paper presents some future outlook of Shall Wei system, and elaborates some improvement programs.
