Service-oriented Workflow System To Achieve

Workflow is the core technology for process modeling, process simulating & analyzing, process optimizing and process managing & integrating. The final aim of workflow system is to realize the automation of business process. Traditional workflow systems are centralized in structure, therefore, traditional workflow systems can't adapt well to the distributed application of inter-organization and inter-framework. Information resource of modern enterprise and modern government are more heterogeneous, distributed and incompact-coupling, which request the modern workflow system can deal with.With the development of web service technology, the service-oriented architecture can solve well the integration of business processes. It can deploy, compose and use loosely coupled serviced-application components by Internet according to the needs of enterprises. As the essential component of enterprise IT construction, workflow system itself is prone to be issued in the mode of software service. Besides, the workflow requirements of inter-framework, distribution and cooperation can be solved by web service. Therefore, the introduction of web service certainly will promote workflow system to a new stage. The main research of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the paper introduces the workflow and web service technology, it researches detailedly workflow management system function structure, interface, the routing structure and types of the workflow model. At the same time, the technology of web service is studied from the system theory, system structure, and the principle of realization.Secondly, aiming at the problem of the absence of flexility, bad integrated ability in traditional workflow system, web service technology have the feasibility of solving these problems from three respects. Service encapsulation don't change the characteristics of workflow systems, the paper describes the steps of service encapsulation by using the services-workflow mapping model. Meanwhile, it gives the formalization descriptions of process model and organization model. The paper designs a workflow system model based on web service, the combination of web service and workflow technology can settle well the integration of across-enterprise workflow system. Compared with the previous oriented-service workflow system, this workflow system adds the service information base (it saves the service information of other companies, so do not find services from registry through the Internet next time, compared with the UDDI registry, the information database has higher availability of information, less the amount of information, thus saving time overhead) and local service library(it saves private service). In order to improve the service speed of querying, it adopts index mechanism in local service repository. Next, the paper applies the proposed the service-oriented workflow system model to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system of Zhong Tai Sunshine. In the process of system design, the framework design of system is given, and it introduces system function description and deployment of workflow system detailedly.Finally, it verifies the correctness and feasibility of the workflow system through the process of project application.
