Design Of A White LED Driver Based On PWM Control

As a new type of solid illumination, WLED has much characteristic, such as high efficiency, low pollute, and long life-span etc. It is regarded as the most promising illumination source by the market, especially in LCD back-light modules. It takes the mainstream up gradually, and the market of WLED drivers becomes more and more hot. The research of WLED drivers has great practical significance.In this paper, we design a LED driver chip successfully based on WuXi ShangHua CSMC05 technics, including designing of the circuit industrializing and testing of the products。We have done much work about the key cell circuits, such as Bandgap circuit、OSC、EA etc.., which are designed and calculated precisely, then we emulated the circuits and got its wave, in the end, we tested and analyzed the chip and came to the conclusion。...
