In this stage, the human resources crisis has become a important factor of company or even affecting the survival of it. Many companies lack a positive and effective human resources crisis response plan, leaving companies before the crisis reached an impasse.I selected this study where the S company as object of study, the status of its human resources and major problems were analyzed in conjunction with the actual situation existing research and the company developed a detailed management of the crisis early warning system, while for certain Common human resources crisis situations are given to solve measures. In this paper, the crisis of human resources functions of the system requires starts with the analysis, establishing the functional modules of the system structure first, using software engineering methods to design the entire system architecture. Finally, based on Brower / Server architecture, using a currently popular Asp.net + Ajax + Sql Server, a complete set of crisis early warning system was established, facilitating the company's top-line personnel management. With the system of monitoring indicators can be quantitative or qualitative analysis of S company's human resources crisis management in the status of various factors and the company faced major problems, making the company's managers to in the shortest possible time, to formulate relevant strategies and measures to reduce or avoid the occurrence of corporate human resources crisis.
