Study Of Modern Radar-jamming Technology

The electronic warfare has become more and more important in determining the final results in the modern war. As an essential part of the electronic warfare, radar countermeasure plays a vital role.With the rapid development of technology, modern radar's ability on detection, anti-jamming and other various aspects is more and more strong, which is a huge challenge of the radar jamming party.In this paper, the research of modern radar jamming is analyzed on the interference signals of modern radar and cooperative interference using many jammers, based on the theoretical analyzing and computer simulation. This dissertation takes research works as follow:First, the dissertation designs the interference signals of pulse compression radar and pulse doppler radar, which two is commonly used in modern radar system.In this part, after analyzed the characteristics of two radar system and its signal processing methods, the dissertation lays emphasis on the research of the effective interference signal for these.Second, the dissertation does research on cooperative interference using many jammers. In this part, after briefly introduced disturbance in collaborative interference resource allocation problems, the dissertation lays emphasis on the research of the distribution of collaborative interference through single radar and radar net objects.Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, we come to the conclusions as follows.First, both pulse compression radar and pulse doppler radar are effective against traditional interference signals such as conventional noise.However,they have low efficiency against coherent interference signals based on the DRFM,which can get signal processing gain.Second, cooperative interference completed with many organic cooperate jammers is an effective and face-to-face jamming method.It can save jamming resources and improve interference effect,which makes it an effective method against modern radar objects such as one high-performance modern radar and radar net.
