Study Of The Key Technologies Of The Yunnan Province Of Key Industries Technological Innovation Patent Information Platform

According to State intellectual property strategies and with the support of Related departments,Yunnan Intellectual Property Office has completed the project of research with the article of "Yunnan Patent Information Service Platform for Major Industries". The author of the paper worked throughout the research of the project as major researcher.The major subjects of the paper include the construction of patent information infrastructure platform for Yunnan provincial 10 key industries, the construction of database of more than 29 million items patent information from 9 nations and 2 organizations—China (including Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan Province), the United States of America, Japan, Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, South Korea, the European Patent Office,WIPO. as well as Southeast Asia and the Arab areas. As well as the subjects of 3 Levels navigation directory in 10 fields of bio-industry related techniques, the completion of more than 800 index expressions with 160 thousand more words in English and Chinese, by identifying key words and IPC classification. As well as the completion of 10 sub-databases on 10 major industries including agriculture (crop farming), forestry, biotechnology, floriculture, animal husbandry, green food, tobacco and related equipments, biomedicine (including natural drugs), bio-chemical and biomass energy, natural rubber, silk, linen. As well as the completion of building programs on search interface and functional development platform about bio-industry patent information. As well as the completion of index system construction on key industries of Yunnan Province, the completion of online and stand-alone computer patent analysis system, the completion of mechanism building on operation, maintenance, promotion and real-time data update of the platform.The completion of the platform will contribute to the building of patent database in Yunnan Province with the information from China and abroad, establishing a successful example of open and localization patent services. Through effective promotion and application of it, the platform will play an important role in Yunnan Province in the fields of pursuing the development trend of international patents, avoiding the risk of intellectual property, effectively allocating S&T and economical resources, improving the level of independent innovation, accelerating the development and application of core technologies, enhancing the core competitiveness, accelerating structural adjustment, industrial upgrading and innovation.
