The archives information management system is formed through the collection of the main items of information as well as a detailed data analysis and classification. We can make a demand analysis to the system and use J2EE to build the structure of Archive Information System which Commitments to business process.Smart client technology, MVC technology, PKI technology and database technology are mainly used In the process of System design and implementation. The system is mainly to achieve such functions as the user's own registration and login, the handling and choice of business functions, inquiries and comments of business handling, view and manage of user information, user roles and permissions, management of the administrator functions, and so on.Archive Information System of e-government not only provides convenient Channels of access to information and inquiries for user in dealing regional administration,but effectively improves the efficiency of business processes and widen the user's feedback approach to the transaction so as to provide easy reference for users in the transaction process. The user role and limits set is convenient enough to improve the timeliness and accuracy of administrator's operating on management and maintenance.
