At present, the vast majority of education information systems are isolated. There is a software system which cannot be adapt to expanded and changed business need and the various sub-systems cannot be Interrelated. Thus the in-depth application development is restricted in the information technology education. With the business development and evolution, Many units invest much money to set up a new information system. Every update of business should be replaced.the information system is always in a state which a new system replaces the old system and cannot develop the existing system. Because the information system do not realize accumulation and the application of the information system is always in the level of the superficial application, the information system cannot evolve and integrate different systems. So, the study is proposed against this background. The SOA-based Open University's School of Information Platform is based on data services and is driven by the business-data model, which protects the development and operation of the future of system. The platform has the ability of the operation, the diversity of information needs, the heterogeneity of the data system and good scalability, which allows the update of each business to expand the original system without the need to start. With the increase in applications, the problem of the data island and the bottleneck of the traditional information systems have appeared in various colleges and universities. The information based on service-oriented architecture SOA can solve the above problem. It has the characteristics of flexible business support. Thus, it meets the needs of the development and the connection of the software and the business needs of modern education in the ever changing needs.
