In medical treatment, doctors diagnose primarily through observing of patients with a group of two-dimensional CT images. But accurately determining the spatial location of lesions in the body, size, geometry and correspondence between the biological tissue surrounding the relationship only by surgeons'clinical experiences and two-dimensional CT image in the minds of three-dimensional model constructed are not enough. This will lead misdiagnoses in brain surgeries.In the surgical area, a large number of important blood vessels and nerves, a slight mistake will result in serious consequences. With the development of medical image visualization,there is a urgent need of a better understanding of the internal structure of head bone.Then many scholars began to study the three-dimensional model reconstruction,and they have developed a lot of three-dimensional reconstruction of medical image applications.In-depth study of three-dimensional reconstruction software,they leave something to be desired. When doctors observe the focus that located within the cranial cavityand and the surrounding brain tissue of the corresponding relations, the doctors can only do some simple operations,such as a simple rotation of three-dimensional reconstructed model.The observing the angle is limited, observation is not good.These lead inaccurate diagnoses; In the diagnoses and surgical treatment of lesions the size of the body, such as length, width, area, volume measurement is not accurate only by two-dimensional slices or three-dimensional reconstruction model of the measured results are not accurate, so there aren't accurate measurements; at home and abroad many scholars develop a lot of commercial software, these software has high cost.Many domestic small and medium sized hospitals do not have the conditions to use these software, so employing of these software is limit.The purpose of this task is to design and implement a applications system that has simple operation, the simple interface and cost-effective appropriate,and the system could support the surgeons do a real-time measurements,and the system has precise figures, two-dimensional slices of three-dimensional dynamic display applications. Runtime environment is based on Windows XP, even though the domestic small and medium sized hospitals and the field of medical research can afford this system.The main research of this task is showing two-dimensional slice three-dimensional medical images,this compared with medical imaging coronal plane, sagittal plane, cross-section of two-dimensional displaying has a revolutionary progress. First discussing the medical imaging coronal plane, sagittal plane, cross-section extraction problem, we use Fourier transform to extract the coronal plane, sagittal plane, cross-sectional data,there are problems,such as excessive computing, time longer, the complicated calculation. Based on the shortcomings we use an accelerated algorithm Fourier transform. Through experiments demonstrate the feasibility of an accelerated algorithm Fourier transform. Then the design of two-dimensional slices showed cross-platform, which facilitates the operation of doctors two-dimensional slices. In two-dimensional slices of three-dimensional medical images show the first take on the three-dimensional coordinate system transformation, the reference matrix transformation of the two-dimensional coordinate system transformation of thought, come to its transformation in three-dimensional coordinate system has more speed. After the three-dimensional coordinate system transformation is required to obtain medical images coronal, sagittal plane, cross-sectional analysis of positioning in order to achieve a slice each of the three-dimensional coordinate system can find its corresponding point.Finally,with the basis of the studying fully and researching excellence medical image processing software at home and abroad,I design two-dimensional slice three-dimensional medical image display system. I propose development model based on VTK and ITK's, and the core algorithm is mainly by the C++implementation,achieving by the VTK visualization, using VC++6.0 to achieve interface design and systems integration.
