Guizhou Space Research And Implementation Of Business Intensive Platform Lightning

With the rapid development of social economy, the demands of information is more increasing for all kinds of industries. Currently, the lightning damages is a larger threat to aeronautical facility and aviation safety ,and different levels of economic losses and social impact will occur. It is an important work for ATC to Strengthen the study of monitoring lightning, promote business and standarization of monitoring lightning and protection services,improve the service levels of monitoring lightning damages,and build lightning protection business management platform for ATC departments at all levels.This paper analyzes the work status of lightning prevention business in Guizhou ATMB. In order to the harmonization and information level of lightning prevention business, the demand of intensive platform for lightning prevention business is proposed. The system combines the e-government, business processing, data management, statistical analysis and other functions to improve information level of lightning prevention for ATC and meet the increasing demands to lightning prevention business. Meanwhile, the system is able to support lightning risk assessment on technical inspection data and scientific disaster prevention is implenmented in the end.The study of the subject is on the basis of adequate demand investigation.The business flows are analyzed and designed in detail. the approval to lightning prevention based on electronic signature and workflow, the business expansion based on template and workflow,standard and central storage and sharing of technical data based on data dictionary, and customized business statistics are implenmented in the end.
