JAVA creats a new platform for wireless devices.Features of JAVA make the application of J2ME owned trait of transplant in order that mobile communications be able to exert the greatest potential.Intergrating information between fixed and mobile networks,grafting RSS to wireless networks and mobile termianls make traditional browsing become "customize-aggregate-push" and thus means mobile phone users can easily view their own important personalized information.This paper carries out the system of publishing and customization based on RSS and J2me.This system implements RSS syndication on the server,that is generating RSS feeds dynamicly,efficiently and accurate.These feeds can be subscribed by other web sites or cell phones after published.This paper design RSS reader based on J2ME,implementing RSS aggregation.That is subscribing RSS feeds not only from the server,but also web sites.At the same time,according to their own preferences,users can aggregate RSS feeds from different web sites to a single interface for layout and display.Compared with the existing system, this system do the following innovative search.First,in addition to the perfect fuction of generating RSS feed dynamically,improve primary process by cache in order to take full advantage of network resources and improve efficiency.At the same time,carry out a script that to check and monitor RSS feed automatically in order to avoid invalid RSS feed leading to data loss.Detecting invalid RSS feed,it will send E-mail for notification immediately.Thus ensure the effectiveness of RSS files.Second, Breaking the convention,it carries out a RSS reader based on mobile platform.Thus breaks through constraints of time and space.People will be able to access to network services anytime and anywhere.People also will obtain the latest information that they customized and achieve a flexible,convenient and efficient purpose.The system provides a convenient and efficient platform thus will reduce the complexity of constituting web site.lt has a good prospect of application and development.
