With the fast development of economy in the 21 th century and gradual changes of social systems, occupational change is always the case for people,so talent mobility becomes a common social phenomenon..teachers mobility refers to teachers taking up a new post,but teachers unreasonal mobility refers to teachers voluntary mobility,such as job resignment,leaving the office,chang jobs and participation post graduate.study.Teacher is a special vocation,defined as the engineer of homans souls,and undertakes great responsibilities of teaching and cultivating talents. Compare with the rapid development of other's section,schools,especially middle-level schools are in need of stable andmoniouss teacher team.Because the teachers are the major strength of the competition among the school, the development of the school not only needs enhancement of hardware facilities,but also depends on having a group of outstanding key teacher.even more,each school invested a large amount of human power,materials and funds in employment and traning new teachers. So the teachers unreaonable mobility is not in favour of school sustainable development. The inclination of leaving office is the last stage in which teachers are prepared to resign or attemped to change their jobs.The inclination of leaving office is relevant to the behaviour of teacher leaving office.The inclination of leaving office or this kind of behaviour has great influence on school teaching,stable of teacher team,students management and healthy grow.In addtion, it play an important role of stability of teachers team and healthy development of education.The development and stability of middle school teacher team and how to develop and manage teachers is the important work which school leaders should concern.at present. The viewpoint of science development of human-centred advocates that we should give free rein to people's activity,initiative and creativity. Teacher's working satisfaction is teacher's of various fields satisfaction to work. It will incline to have important influence to the teacher's leaving office. The higher teachers job commitment is loyal to the jobs they engaged. They would commit themselves to their teaching job, unwilling to change present jobs. And the lower job commitment lacks And the job promises the low teacher lacks enthusiasm at work. Often tired of jobs engaged, slack in work. It is apt to produce the thought of leaving office. In conclusion, teacher's job commitment and working satisfaction is tow important factors that influence the teacher to leave office.This research regards teachers of middle school as the research object. Two important factors of job commitment and working satisfaction is the breakthrough point of the research. Through questionnaire investigation I study middle school's work satisfaction of teachers, job commitment. inclination of leaving office, and probe into the relation of them and how to influence each other. Through the study, on one hand, it can enrich working satisfaction, job commitment, leaving office theory, on the other hand it can even provide the basis for the stabilizing and managing of teachers.The following conclusions:1.Working satisfaction of teachers is in the medium level in the middle school.,and the personal income satisfaction is the lowest.2.The job commitment of middle school teachers is medium level. The norm commitment is the highest, the cost commitment takes second place, the emotion commitment is the lowest. The inclination of leaving office of the teacher of middle school, is basically in the medium level.3.Teacher's working satisfaction of middle school is high, the job commitment is high too. Teacher's emotion of middle school is related to headmaster, teaching, colleague relation, promotion, and whole satisfaction appearing prominent positive correlation. And norm commitment of middle school teachers is related to headmaster, teaching, colleague relation, promotion, whole satisfaction appearing prominent positive correlation.4..Teacher's working satisfaction of middle school is high, but the inclination of leaving office is low, the relation of the inclination of leaving office, headmaster, teaching, colleague's relation, personal income, promotion and the whole satisfaction is the prominent negative correlation.5..Teacher's job commitment of middle school is high, while the inclination of leaving office is low, the inclination of leaving office and emotion commitment of job commitment, the norm commitment appear prominent negatively relevant, but relevant relations is not prominent with the cost commitment.6..The analysis result of middle school teachers'working satisfaction, job commitment and the inclination of leaving office shows:teacher's working satisfaction and job commitment of middle school have certain prediction function in the inclination of leaving office.
