Nowadays, with the increase of contribution, women have become an indispensable power in the construction of modernization in the new century. But compared with men, women are found in psychology problems easily in accordance to the difference of the physical structure and the characteristics of mentality. Previous studies show that Yoga could help to have an positive mentality, adjust the mood, strengthen the mental health and ease the anxiety and blues. However, the effect brought by Yoga has never been of great importance and relevant researches are still lack of sufficient evidences. Therefore it is necessary to have a further research on it.This research has a further look at the mental effect of Yoga in order to have a new understanding of the connections between Yoga and the psychology health. Through the comparative study of the oriental body building and the western aerobic exercise, I would like to see the different influences the two methods have on the mental health in order to give the psychology a practical materials and a scientific estimate of the function healthy mind of Yoga.256 Yoga women are surveyed in accordance to ((The Psychological Health Investigation (PHI))) and ((Career women yoga training in the basic questionnaire)) . 15 of them exercising Yoga and 15 of them exercising aerobic exercise are chose randomly. Another 15 of them without any exercises is chose to have a 12 weeks long training course in order to have a comparative study of it. According to the SPSS11. 0 Date Analysis System, the conclusion is:(1) The surveyed women have a strong sense of participating in the exercise and could be aware of the positive meaning of Yoga. But seldom could have an effective exercise. Most of them choose to exercise Yoga at night. Most intend to release the pressure, exercises and adjust the mood by exercising Yoga. The time factor is the main concern of them to take it. Ant the cost factor is also very important.(2) The mental heath of Yoga women have a low detection, compared with Pattern and different age and education background women have an obvious difference between each other. The survey shows the mental problem still existed in the Yoga women. And that's the reason why they choose Yoga as a tool to adjust their mood. The influences are different when the duration of Yoga exercise is different.(3) Two experimental groups have 7 different trends on mental health and the trend of the controlling group is not very clear. Through the comparative study of the Yoga and the aerobic exercise, we found the anxious and exciting status is eased obviously by the Yoga experiment. While, the blues and physical state have an obvious improvement as well.
