With the rapid development of Computer Network Technology, Web-based learning becomes the application that people concerned about, Studying the network learning behavior of learners will help teachers organize the curriculum, management, guidance, and is also conducive to learning resources and e-learning platform ,It's of great guiding significance for the evaluation of e-learning acts. At present, It's also unsatisfactory both at home and abroad on the subject of study. In particularly, it lacks of a comprehensive, systematic, detailed study of Web-based learning behavior.In this paper, our study is based on the background in the above analysis. The purpose is to design a model evaluation system of network learning behavior through a comprehensive in-depth analysis.The whole thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, We outlined the issues background, domestic and international research, research ideas, research methods and the significance of the study. In the second chapter, we explain learning activities, learning behavior, learning operation, network learning, network learning behavior and other related concepts. On the basis of it, we summed up the performance of e-learning: personal behavior and social interaction interactive behavior, we also pointed out the new features of e-learning, network learning behavior, the impact of e-learning behavior of learners within their own and from external factors. In the third chapter, based on the constructivist learning theory, information processing theory, behavioral science theory, we analysis elements of network learning behavior: the main body of learning behavior, the media of learning behavior, the object of learning behavior. And analysis the two major sub-system acts of e-learning system: acts of individual learning and group learning behavior system, we build a model system of these two kinds. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the systematic analysis of learning behavior ,we further study to build a network-level behavior: The interface to the media, the network learning behavior is from interactive learning behavior of the operation -information exchange - the concept of progressive cross-level, whether it is operating interactive or information exchange, which is to complete concept interactive of learning, the process is also from the hidden interaction to the dominant interaction. In chapter five, based on the systematic analysis of network-based learning, combined with the goals of e-learning behavior, we design a network model for the evaluation of learning behavior. It is divided into four modules: information collection module of e-learning acts, data analysis module, early warning and evaluation module, feedback module. We detailed analysis the specific composition of each module.
