In recent years a dialogic teaching theory has found its way into the experimental area of Chinese teaching field with the deepening of new curriculum reform. As the new curriculum standards put it ,"Reading is a mulriple dialogue among students, teachers, authors of the textbooks and texts .It is a dynamic process of the communication between thinking and consciousness. The dialogue and the communication in the process of reading should point to each student's individual reading."The standards also mention that the reform of education and teaching is essentially a revolution in communication. The dialogic teaching theory has changed the traditional relationship between teachers and students. However, present study on dialogic teaching lacks instrumental functions in spite of the fact that it is better in theory. Many teachers make mistakes and even go astray when trying to use this theory.Owing to this, we have carried out further studies of the dialogic teaching theory by means of teaching practice, questionnaire inquisition and discussion. And this thesis will try to summarize the feasibility of Chinese dialogic teaching for senior high school students. It emphasizes teachers'preparation for cognition and knowledge. It advocates proper instruction in knowledge .Its proposition is that teachers should inform students of new curriculum reform and strive for students'and their parents'understanding and cooperation .Besides, this thesis stresses cracking a book and pays attention to cultivating the students'abilities to read independently. It argues against frequent utilization of dialogic teaching and for integration of dialogic and instructional or other teaching methods. When we are having a lesson, we should center our dialogues on the main questions concerned. Teachers should control the pace of teaching to achieve the harmonious atmosphere when the dialogic reading is under way .Furthermore ,teachers should instruct and guide their students with a heuristic method of teaching. Among what's mentioned above, the thesis has its own original creation ,that is teachers'preparation for cognition and knowledge ,informing students of new curriculum reform and striving for students'and their parents'understanding and cooperation .
