Second, analyze the current situation and the existing problems of the protection of women's human right, and point out the causes of such phenomenon, which is the continual inequality between men and women.Part two; summarize the principle of equality between men and women. First, point out the connotation of equality by illustrates some different understandings about equality and its relationship with some relevant concepts. Second, lead the concept of equality into both genders, and point out the true meaning of equality between men and women after introducing different understandings about it. Third, simply analyze the origins and the causes of gender discrimination. This part paves the way for the writing of the third part in combination with part two.Part three is a summary about the great role of the principle of equality between men and women in the protection of women's human right, which is the keystone of this paper. First, indicate that the principle of equality between men and women is the core and soul in the protection of women's human right by dissertate the importance of equality in the value system of human right and of the relationship between men and women in the relationship among human beings, and that the continual inequality between men and women is the sticking point for the unfair treatment that women being suffered. Second, show the importance of the principle of equality between men and women in the protection of women's human right through indicating some specific embodiment of this principle either in international and domestic area or macro and micro field.Part four will put forward some suggestions on how to promote this principle to play an even greater role in the protection of women's human right.
