The study on relations between communication behaviors and the moral theory is an important content of the ethics research contemporarily, of which one possible research direction is to unify the theoretical study and the real practice of human communication problems.Communication morality is the motivation for human nature's improvement and development, so human communication must accord with morality. University students are a special group in the society, which means their communication and relations have their own characteristics. Influenced by so many factors as the one-child policy, social environment and the life style based on internet, the contemporary university students are facing with a new value choice in the communication process, which shows some new characters in the human relationship value orientation, such as multiplicity, contradiction, conformity, dual nature, and so on.Moral regulation is a must in establishing harmonious human communication relations for university students, the foundation of which is the form of independent personality and need for comprehensive developments. Therefore, it must firstly follow the basic rules of trust, toleration and honesty, then puts into realization through both inside and outside ways, including inheriting the traditional human relations thoughts, studying the human communication methods, building up a healthy campus environment, and so on.
