Actually speaking, the Chinese school education at present still belongs to exam-oriented education. It has become a kind of unbearable torture because it forces the Chinese students to learn that much rigescent, dated and worthless knowledge and neglect totally the communication among the students and their teachers, which makes the students feel more and more depressive, awe-stricken and disagreeable about it. Such kind of education mode has twisted the nature of education and makes it only a tool for winning promotion and getting rich.Exam-oriented education is mainly based on the instrumental rationality, the rationalism and utilitarianism. Due to the wanton expansion of the instrumental rationality in education field, the aim of school education has departed from the human life. Based on the rational purpose, the rationalism disregards the function of psychological factor in this field. At the same time, the utilitarianism pays much more attention to the human satisfaction to the material desires than to the students' interests in knowledge exploration.With the help of his consideration and comment against the positivism, the German philosopher and commenter, Habermas criticized the instrumental rationality, the rationalism and utilitarianism, and put his theory of communicative action forward. communicative action is the core of his theory. On the basis of his theory, we believe that logical movement among the students and their teachers should be a kind of rational and consanguineous communicative action.
