Our society has come into new 21 century. In the knowledge economy period, teachers are regarded more and more important by all the countries in the word. With the rising of lifelong education, teacher's education becomes a developing focus in many countries. The quality and quantity of the teachers are the key factors which can affect a country's education. On the base of the pre-profession education and post-profession education, all the countries treat teacher's continuing education as an aspect which relates with their future and fate. In our country, there are many problems because teacher's continuing education began late and the country's situation exists many limitations. Combining the development of the teacher's education in the world. The author made some investigations taking Ding Zhou as an example. In order to know about the present situation of the teacher's education in middle or primary school, especially the Chinese teachers in senior school. The study tries to find out the reasons for the problems and ways which can solve them. The research provides some suggestion from three parts: the education administrations, teacher's education institution and teachers themselves.
