At present, the Course of Politics for Technical Secondary School (CPFTSS) is carried on according to the New Standard of Courses (NSC) for Senior High School. The NSC shows us that Politics is a required subject for the middle school students to get the education of morals and Marxism systematically, and the main way in Middle School Moral Education. However, for a long time by now, most students only know how to comprehend the knowledge of morals and Marxism, affected by the traditional thought and teaching methods. They can't really accept the knowledge, which makes a sharp contradiction between their comprehension and accepting. This seriously brings bad effects on how to reach the goal of CPFTSS. By solving this contradiction, we can train more good students, so it is of great practical significance to make it much effective by researching into the cause of formation and the way to solve the contradiction.Led by the NSC, we are trying to find out how the contradiction and the lacking of reliability come into being. To reach the goal, we are making use of constructionalism, the theory of moral psychology, the psychology of cognition and the moral education. Besides, the methods we use mainly include questionnaire, interview and classroom observation. We want to take some measures to satisfy the students' need to grow well. On one hand, we will improve the practicality of the Syllabus Design and Syllabus Style and reform the ways to evaluating the students. On the other hand, we can strengthen the attractivity, appeal and persuasion by improving the teachers' culture and teaching quality. Meanwhile, we can make a better circumstance of the recessive courses function well. In this way we can abolish the obstacles of the students' cognition, then solve the contradictions between Comprehension and Acceptance".By investigating a large quantity of materials, it is believed that the manifestations of the contradictions between Comprehension and Acceptance" are mainly the following. The students don't like politics and the knowledge they learn about this subject is only for examination and they rebel this subject as well as politics teaching and they also don't agree on the knowledge they learn. The deeper reasons behind these manifestations are that the subject itself, all the teaching materials, the teaching itself, the relations between the teachers and the students and the social environment all have problems. By analyzing plenty of figures and scientific facts, it is believed that in respect of the knowledge of this subject, because some theories are not perfect, there are some doubts in the opinion itself and this results in students' suspects about the science of this subject and regard it as simple political and moral preach;in respect of the content of this subject, there are contradictions between the advance and wideness, the political education and moral education, the changes of the reality and the slowness of the theory, the popularity and the theory;in respect of the politics teaching, there are contradictions between the exams and the good of morality, the leading role of the teacher and the main role of the students, the pursue of the new knowledge and changes of the students and the comparably backward of the teaching;in respect of the teachers themselves, there are problems about the outmoded knowledge, the backward of the conception, the infirmness of the belief and the lackof glamour of the character and the lowerness of the teaching ability;in respect of the students there are deviations of the cognition and it led to the unacceptability of the content of this subject;in respect of the social environment, the complexity of the social life caused by the market economy and the many facts of the choice of the value, it results in the confusion between the cognition and action and it seriously attacks the faithfulness of the politics.This paper gives six solutions to the contradiction between Comprehension and Acceptance. First, to make theory catch up with the changed reality, to make it scientific and systemic and to build up the theoretical authority of education of morals and Marxism, we should strengthen the scientific study of two Courses of Politics. Secondly, to make the content embody advantages and accuracy and even universality, we ought to avoid the political features, falsity, brag and emptiness, to make clear the division of morals and education, to try to make the course be in accord with daily life, society and students' thoughts and to make the expression veracious, elaborate, all-sided and scientific so as to enhance the content reliability. Thirdly, guiding our teaching with new concept, which requires the teaching aims to solve the cognitive problems of students and to reinforce their moral choosing ability. Then we must reform the evaluation system, that is, not evaluating from simply paper testing but from a comprehensive way. Fourthly, to help students build up a correct world view, a right view of life and a reasonable view of value, we have to improve the Politics teachers' culture, to standardize the criteria of being a Politics teacher and to improve increasingly teachers' theoretical level and teaching level. Fifthly, to care more about the need of students' growing, to combine students' need and teaching content in the process of teaching, we should try to explain and solve students' problems that they are caring about and the cognitive warp and contradiction. We should link the education of Politics, thoughts, world view and life demands that future students need for entering society. Thus students can correct their attitude, gain actively knowledge and develop their ability. Finally, we should create a good moral environment, a favourable school spirit and study style, we should ameliorate social environment and build up a harmonious society.It's fatal and complicated to solve the contradiction between Comprehension and acceptance in Politics teaching. The six solutions discussed above may not solve the problems completely, but they are from a positive intention. I do hope this paper can attract others to come up with valuable opinions.
