University Information Network Construction And Application Of Evaluation Criteria

Information society has been coming. And the application of multimedia and net has penetrated into all fields of social life rapidly, education isn't exception. With the development of information technology, it accelerates the process of education modernization. Colleges and universities, as the example of the schools, firstly pose the slogan of informization, and also put it into actions. At present, the construction of informization all over country's colleges and universities has ushered in a vigorously developing stage from its preliminary stage. Meanwhile we are faced with some problems during the construction and application. With the guideline of " stimulating construction through the assessing, attaching importance to application", it is the urgent responsibility to estimate the informatization network of colleges and universities and build theirs assessing standard. And it also provides basis and reference for the education administration to draft according standard.The article uses some research methods, including literature, comparison, interview, statistical analyse and so on. It discusses the close and undivision relationship between higher education modernization and informatization. In order to draft scientific and reasonable assessing standard, the article makes the research on the informization network's connotation , characteristic , objective and contend of colleges and universities, and analyzes the present conditions of our country's informization network's of colleges and universities. Then the article puts emphasis on building assessing standard to informization network's of colleges and universities. It's the kernel of this article. Through the research on building assessing standard's purpose, action, direction thought, principle and method, and referring to the theory achievements around the world, we give out our country's assessing standard on informization network's of colleges and universities. The article's creation lies in setting up four assessing standard systems based on our country's situation and the trend of higher education development. According to the characteristic of changing, adjusting, enriching and improving about the assessing standard, it designs the testing programme, so that it can found developed dynamic state system about the assessing, and also can guarantee the assessing standard's scientific , reasonable and accuracy.Through the research on assessing standard about informization net work of colleges and universities, the aim is to promote our country's informization work to positive development and stimulate the level of the informatization management and operation in our country, and accelerative solve the vase-neck problem which limits the assessment developing, and push forward the process of higher education modernization about our country.
