Project Management Application In The Field Of Educational Technology In China

This thesis analyzes the problems in Educational Technology, such as the gap between theory and practice, the importance of Project Management to the future of Educational Technology, the concept generalization of Project Management, the loss of systematic method, Project Management in Action Research, the status quo in our country, and introduces the Project Management, as an item, into Educational Technology.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the concept, the history, the situation, the management process, the knowledge area and the new feature of Project Management, and then puts forward the concept of Educational Technology Project Management.Thirdly, the author discusses the principle and method when implementing the Educational Technology Project Management. The author argues that we should insist on the educative principle, systematic principle and integration principle, build the matrix organization of Project Management, think much of the application of Information Technology, and preserve the project documents. All these are critical to a successful Educational Technology Project.It is a good idea to pass on the knowledge and skills to students through curriculum. According to the principle of Taylor, this article expounds the curriculum development of Educational Technology Project Management including the object, content, type, implementation and evaluation.
