The great master of mass media Marshall Mcluhan once said, any technique tends to create a new environment for humans. The invention and development of internet is not only the great progress of technique development and transmittance, and more important is that, internet makes people live in a totally new environment. What' more, internet brings a new way of communication-cyber-communication. In the development of educational informatics, college students, the unique youthful group, firstly throw themselves into the life of information age. They are knowledgeable and free; their thoughts tend to be more rational and independent; they are becoming more and more mature "selves".The present study is based on the theory of moral education and social interaction. The subjects are the college students. The researcher used interview, questionnaire and contents analysis to explore the research question, that is, the relationship of cyber-communication and the moral-self of college students.The present study holds that, as an existence of moral relationship, self must bear the responsibility of morality. Moral-self is the projection of self in the field of social morality, which refers to one's understanding of oneself as well as the relationship between himself and others; what's more, it refers to one's emotional experience and determination. Nowadays, for college students, cyber-eommunication is an important way of communication, and it meets their mental needs at a unprecedented range and quality. At the same time, cyber-communication deeply affects the development of their moral selves.The result of the present study shows that, the pluralism value cyber-communication can provide them with active moral sample as well as decline their self-expecting morality. The relief of the moral pressure can fade away their responsibility. What's more, the characteristic of one-time game leads to the ruin of their morality. So it is obvious that the intervention of college education is quite necessary. A new task comes into being, that is, the instruction of the network communication for college students is indispensable.
