This paper describes the studies of learning strategy including its concept and construct, the developmental characters of learning strategy and the relationships between learning strategy and individual mental factors. The thesis takes the high school students as subjects and uses Learning Stragety Questionnair and factor-questionnaairs as measuring instrument to explore the developmental tendency of learning strategy and the relationships between learning strategy and learning strategy awareness, learning attribution, self-, and motivation. According to the data, a valid regression equation is founded and the path analysis is processed. The conclusions are follows: (1) There is s descending tendency to the development of learning strategy. (2) The gender factor makes significant difference in learning strategy; There is a significant positive correlation between learning strategy and learning achievement. (3) Learning motivation, learning strategy awareness and leaning efficacy have a significantly direct effect on learning strategy. Positive attribution has a significantly direct effect on learning strategy in general path model and the path model of grade one.
