Female Workers In The Social Change, Changes In Development Of The Industrial Structure

In the past century, especially after world war II, women have become an important part of employment, and taken part in widespread social activities, which forms one of the world trends, and happened in China simultaneously. Since P. R. C was founded , the women' s employed rate has been in the lead of the world. But the employment structure is as important as employed rate, and under the condition of world' s development, the former seems much more important. So we want to study the change and development of Chinese female employees' industry structure, in using the date from "Yearbook of Chinese Labor" . Besides, with comparing Chinese female employees with Chinese male employees and some foreign date, we analysis the achievements and deficiency in improving the employed structure of Chinese female employees . And we also discuss some factors, such as economics, systems, education and gender, which influence the employment structure of female labors, and put forward proposals in the last part of the thesis correspondingly.
