Research On The Cultivation System Of Postgraduates' Professional Skills In Physical Education And Training

The current society is a new era of economic globalization, information network and knowledge capitalization, The world within the scope of the increasingly fierce competition in technology, economy, culture, Higher education for promote the fast development of technology, economy, culture, will undertake an important mission in the 21st century of increasingly fierce international competition. As the high level of higher education of postgraduate education has been rapid development in the above circumstances, the recruitment of students scale increases year by year. The recruitment of students scale of sports science graduate student rapid expansion to alleviate the social demand for highly educated sports talent, but at the same time also makes the sports postgraduate education resources increasingly tense.The sports science graduate students’training quality of part of the sports colleges and training institutions is difficult to secure due to the different conditions. This article studies the physical education training, "heavy theory, light practice" is the main existing problems. How to change the cultivation of the status quo of "heavy theory, light practice" for physical education training, how to solve the master graduate student of physical education training of professional skills training, and how to solve the school training of sport talents of high quality to meet the needs of society, is the important subject faced by our sports people.This paper uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis to our country three categories (normal, sport and comprehensive) recruit master of physical education training graduate student of colleges and universities (37) on the comparative analysis of the cultivation of professional skills. Mainly analyzes the regional distribution of recruitment of student colleges and universities of graduate student of physical education training, and the professional skills of physical education training to learn the importance and necessity of the comprehensive development of postgraduate. The cultivation of their advantages and disadvantages in three colleges, analyzed form the eight elements of professional skill training system, regional distribution, training goal, practice, training methods, the students themselves, students mentor, facilities, and the evaluation of the assessment. To build accord with the actual situation and the social demand of all kinds of colleges and universities master of physical education training graduate students professional skills training system, so as to physical education reform and development of professional sports training theory to provide the feasible theory basis. The main draw the following conclusion:1. The master of physical education training of graduate recruitment of students colleges and universities in our country are mainly concentrated in east China, northeast and central China, there are some regional differences. This difference is bound to bring adverse effect on the development of higher education.2. The graduate students of physical education training of professional skills is the main features of the professional skills, is the professional graduate students’ necessary skills to adapt to the physical education teaching, sports training in the future work.3. The cultivation of graduate students of physical education training should be not lower, on the basis of scientific research ability, strengthen the training of their professional skills, Training goal should be for positioning "Application inter-disciplinary talent".4. Comparative analysis of the three kinds of different colleges and universities to cultivate the students’ professional skills, advantages and disadvantages, from the eight different levels, and summarizes set out a more reasonable training strategy on the each level. Established professional skills training system which can meet the demand of society and students development through the analysis of the eight level.
