Research On The Construction Of College Students' Dormitory Culture Under The Background Of Socialization Of University Logistics

Logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities is proposed to adapt to the reform and development of the education system in our country.With the advancement of the social reform,the students’ dormitories in colleges and universities as an important department of the logistics of colleges and universities has also launched a social management.In the context of the socialization of logistics management,the main body of management is transformed from the original universities to the social enterprise.The commercial nature social enterprise in the management of college students dormitory pay more attention to the management and neglect education,thus the construction of dormitory culture with ideological and political educational significance for college students has been ignored.To strengthen college students’ dormitory culture construction,is not only beneficial to cultivating students’ good behavior habits and healthy personality,and to strengthen the ideological and political education,deepening reform and development of higher education has very important theoretical and practical significance.In order to understand the situation of college students’ dormitory culture construction under the background of college rear service socialization,to explore the effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college students dormitory culture under this background,this article has carried on the investigation and study on this issue.Because the logistics socialization reform in different universities is different in degree in our country,in order to more targeted research, this article selects the Q university for case study.Through the field survey of Q university,with the questionnaires,interviews and other research methods we obtained a large number of relevant information.Through data analysis of the survey results,this paper points out the problems existing in the construction of college dormitory culture,analyzes the causes of the problems,and according to these causes,puts forward some rational countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is about the exposition of the related problems,made a brief description of the connotation of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities and the student dormitory management under the background of rear service socialization and non socialization,and emphatically elaborated the connotation,structure and function of college students’ dormitory,to pave the way for the following description.The secondpart is based on the actual investigation of Q university, points out the problems existing in the construction of college dormitory culture,and analyzes the reasons for these problems in the context of social logistics.In the third part,in view of the problems and causes existing in the construction of college dormitory culture under the background of logistic socialization,from builders,managers and participants angles proposed some targeted,rationalization proposal.In a nutshell,it need the joint efforts and cooperation of schools,local governments,logistics entities and college students themselves.Although this article is only for the case study of Q university,I hope it can provide some enlightenment and reference to other colleges and universities in the process of strengthening the construction of college students’ dormitory culture.
