Parent-teacher contradiction refers to parents and teachers direct or indirect interaction communication process, because one or both of the reasons, which led to a crisis of confidence communication, emotion alienated, or the other party are not satisfied with the degree of professionalism and education, sparking a series of pro-division problem. Parents and teachers can be a contradiction implicit psychological state, it can be reproduced outside a specific behavior.Previous studies have concentrated their homes or contradictory aspects of cooperation in their homes, relatively few studies of parents and teachers contradictory, this study adopts questionnaire survey, interviews and case studies of parents and teachers contradictory characteristics and causes of in-depth Discussion. The results show:1. Parent-teacher contradiction overall characteristics are as intermediary and concealment.2. Parent-teacher conflicts differ in different demographic variables, these differences are mainly in the following areas:(1) Lower teacher qualifications, the lower the level of education by parents, parents and teachers to communicate confidence-contradiction score higher;(2) The lower the level of education by the parents, the higher the parents and teachers in terms of relationships contradiction score;(3) The garden level has a significant impact on parents and teachers contradiction in the concept of behavioral score;(4) Lower teacher qualifications, the higher the level of professionalism in the pro division contradictory aspects of the score;(5) Family economic level for parents and teachers in conflict with the educational aspects of the score has a significant impact. Causes of parents and teachers contradictions include the following aspects:1.
