China’s long-term development plan and education reform(2010-2020) proposed, our country occupation education development to 2020 to form to meet the need of local economic development in China, is conducive to promoting the transformation of the needs of social and economic development in our country, there is occupation education mode for the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. In order to strengthen vocational education and higher vocational education effectively coordinated development, in order to strengthen the construction of lifelong education system, only the establishment of modern scientific system of vocational education, to meet the needs of China’s economic and social development, increasing demand for skilled personnel and high-quality workers.Strengthen vocational education and higher education occupation effectively coordinated development; strengthen the construction of lifelong education system, so as to establish modern scientific occupation education system, to meet the needs of China’s economic and social development, increasing demand for skilled personnel and high-quality workers. Tibet secondary vocational education and higher vocational education effectively, is conducive to better put more in line with the establishment of Tibet area secondary vocational education and higher vocational education occupation education system to the economic development of Tibet.In our early start of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education effectively integrated education mode research. Tibet vocational education development experience from the main land,the five year, enrollment and entrance examination way to open up more important ways; vocational education of vocational school education and vocational education in different stages and different levels of students in the teaching plan, co-ordinate arrangements for the students, which is conducive to better teaching effect, Has the overall advantage in running school, let the Tibetan students to continue learning system, so as to improve the quality of talents in Tibet. In addition, from the analysis of different stages of the specific process and teaching, the real guarantee of teaching objectives and teaching system of the vocational education system of mutual independence, so that vocational education in the teaching goal and the teaching resources can be more effectively connect together, work together to promote vocational education and training efforts, to jointly promote the effective convergence of Vocational Education in Tibet region, inject more vitality for the development of the regional economy of Tibet.The thesis composed of three parts, the first part of the thesis mainly introduces the research background and reason; the second part mainly introduces the basic properties of the Tibet area in the integration of the various connection elements, function characteristics; education mode designof various elements of the third part of the thesis introduces Tibe vocational convergence integration, this paper hope for the future of Tibet vocational school education and vocational school education can effectively connect together, to provide reference and help.
