In 2001, the New Curriculum puts forward new requirements for the role of teachers in the running process of curriculum. With the new curriculum and teaching behavior, teachers not only can participate in the course to become the curriculum manager, but also communicate and cooperate with each other to mutual promotion.Good operation depends on the curriculum management in course of management communication, but at present in the field of education in the presence of isolated individual, isolated culture of teachers. The problem of communication between teachers and principals, teachers and the curriculum management participants in relation to the school curriculum and the efficient operation of the stability, the full implementation of the new curriculum and teacher development. So the research of curriculum management has the extremely important research value communication related issues.In this paper, the interpersonal relationship theory perspective, using the method of literature and investigation method, with a secondary school as a sample of the curriculum management of communication problems. The study found: in the influence of campus culture, the majority of teachers in curriculum management intention, but have a negative role of campus culture influence and informal constraints. School teachers(principal) based on the current work on the content of communication between the formal organization, communication content rarely involved in the work content, and teachers in the informal communication within the organization are rich in content; teachers for curriculum management requires interdisciplinary, cross organizational communication between the lack of.This paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve the curriculum management of communication: develop teachers’ ability by comprehensive course; to establish and develop cross curriculum coordinator role of dialogue and the "community". And we should pay attention to the school of "interpersonal relationship", actively play the beneficial aspects of informal organization.This paper is divided into four parts: Introduction, Research Review, the Communication Status and Analysis of H Middle School Curriculum Management, and Summary of Countermeasures and Suggestions. The introduction part mainly introduces the related problems of the origin, significance and method to research this problem; research summary based on the determination of the basic concepts of the further reviews the related literature, the perspective of interpersonal management theory on issues related to research in the literature is reviewed; analysis of H middle school curriculum management status and communication part of the reason, using the survey method to conduct a survey of a middle school curriculum management communication status, and the survey data were analyzed to find out the existing problems, in interpersonal relationship from the perspective of the theory of the cause analysis of the problem; finally, some measures and suggestions for the problems found and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
