The information,technology and economic globalization,which brought unprecedented accelerate knowledge update frequency,informal learning is regarded as one main way to acquire knowledge. With the unprecedented development of information technology,a variety of socialization of new media continue to emerge, the emergence of microblog community function as informal learning exchange platform provides a better platform for learners. It makes like-minded friends to microblog form more convenient for participation and communication." Micro propagation mode, convenient common personal needs and the development of vision, these characteristics have interactive communication, information sharing and knowledge to help learners construct new forms of organization, thus becoming the current informal learning.Interaction behavior as an essential part of the learning process, the status of informal learning play a decisive role in the kind of two-way interactive communication microblog community is more outstanding. Because the interaction directly influence the learner’s knowledge construction level, so the research on interactive behavior influence factor, can for future improvement in microblog community functions, improve the level of interaction is provided, so as to further improve the construction level of the learners to provide reference and help.This paper studied the types of informal learning refers to a collection of microblog community has a strong interest in a particular field, hungry to learn knowledge and skills in this field or need help,seeking composition on the issues in this field, with the informal learning characteristics of the microblog community. Conditions are met from numerous micro group,select a number more, still active "Sina parent-child education circle" "photoraphy fans" microblog community of users as the investigation object. Drawing on previous research results,mainly to quantify the interaction behavior characteristic of microblog community of users from two aspects of micro group user level of participation and active participation of the. Based on the theory of social capital, puts forward the microblog community capital, and from the interpersonal relationship, the expected behavioral results, five aspects of community trust,community atmosphere and self-efficacy constructs the model of interactive behavior influencefactors, and put forward the research hypothesis. Fill in the network questionnaire to invite microblog community the way users were investigated, through data analysis to investigate the correlation factors of various influence factors interact with the user behavior and the influence of the degree of influence on interactive behavior.Eventually through the study of fixed interaction behavior influencing factors model; to verify the user’s personal characteristics affect the significance of the relationship between interactive behavior characteristic manifestations and interactive behavior influence factor and interactive behavior characteristic performance factor; and through multiple regression analysis points each precipitation behavior features of key factors and regression equations.
